The Australian type usually has a very sharp memory. As such, its recognition of people is never mistaken. It can identify strangers very easily. It normally takes a maximum of three days to fully study somebody and learn their characters. This has made the owners trust it so much, because it can never be easily lured by a stranger.

The area of specialization of this breed is in herding activities as well as protecting the owners. It Is a very rare breed of dog as compared to other breeds. As such, it is sold very expensively.
